Currently a PhD candidate at the University of Virginia, I began my career as an information technology consultant, then moved into education as a classroom teacher, and an instructional technology resource teacher. I have presented at educational conferences throughout the state, and have guest lectured at universities. My research interests include social media and distance learning.
