Chevaliers Variations
This work was written for Ibby Roberts, bassoon instructor at the University of Virginia. She, along with three of her students, premiered the work at the Aspen Music Festival in the summer of 2002. It is a fantasy on the French drinking song "Chevaliers de la Table Ronde."
