Walter Ross~ Fancy Dances |

Fancy Dances was written as a present for R. Winston Morris. who performed the premier of my Tuba Concerto. It is in three dance movments: galop, sarabande, and saltarello. The melodic and harmonic patterns are intervallic and borderline atonal in a Bartokian manner.
Fancy Dances has been recorded by the New York Tuba Quartet on Crystal Records: S-221.
