Present Work

Elizabeth Merwin, Bruce Dembling, Emily Hauenstein, Ivy Hinton, Lawrence Merkel, Stephen Petterson, Virginia Rovnyak, Melvin Wilson, and I are working on a NIMH funded project looking at how medical professionals decide where to live and how that affects quality of medical care. Preliminary Results from the Community Tracking Survey are available.

Elizabeth Merwin and I are working on a model of supply and demand of specialized nurses through Quantitative Health Care Solutions.

Dan Cox, Stephen Borowitz, Jim Sutphen, Boris Kovatchev, Lee Ritterband, Jennifer Kim Penberthy, Lynn Walker, and I are working on a NIH funded project on "Treatment of Early Childhood Constipation and Encopresis." My part is a cost-benefit analysis.
