2. Then turned over to: Max Maurey in 1898
3. When World War I began Camille Choisy was successor
** it was under Choisy management that the theatre attained its greatest success and world wide fame.
4. In 1930 Choisy left and Jack Jouvin took control. He gave up the reins in 1937 to
5. English woman Eva Bergson. She fled to England after the fall of France but it continued to operate during the occupation and was very popular with the Germans.
6. Grand Guignol continued to flounder after World War II and in 1951 Bergson retired.
7. The theatre went through a series of temporary managements, then settled upon Madame Raymonde Machand 1954 to 1958.

9. Charles Nonon - he was the last director
The theatre closed in late 1962!!
