This map does not use a server. When you zoom or move from place to place TURN OFF roads and all layers below roads. When you get to the view you want, you can turn desired layers back on.
The larger layers, 1864 and 1907 Maps, Soils, and 2004 Tax Map, USGS, and aerial photography refresh slowly and it will appear as though your computer is locked.
Boolean search is available for PP Taxes, Land taxes, and 1942 African American Land owners. The rear side of 1937 aerial photos lists names of owners. You can access the image by clicking on a photo and then clicking on the URL field in the Identity tab.
