Troy Police Patrolman Mike Steffano chases a horse on foot as Patrolman Scott Gates tries to block its path with a police car on North Street in Troy, Ohio, on Monday (June 28, 2004). Troy police officers, along with deputies from the Miami County Sheriff's department, made numerous attempts to stop the horse in the streets of the Westbrook housing development. The horse apparently got loose from a local stable and galloped until he was captured at the Hobart School of Welding Technology.
