The Harriet Beecher Stowe Society is pleased to collaborate with the Margaret Fuller Society and the Catharine Maria Sedgwick Society in sponsoring an international conference, Transatlantic Women: Nineteenth-Century American Women Writers in Great Britain, Ireland, and Europe, to be held at the Rothermere American Institute, at Oxford University, July 16-19.
