Planning a trip to Woodstock? Some suggestions ........

Sadly, there are no longer guest facilities at Edgehill, however the Travel Office can provide suggestions for places to stay from the 5-star hotel to the little hotel in Landour Bazaar.

Two recommended bed & breakfasts are:

Rokeby Guest House
Mussoorie, U.P. 248 179
Phone: 91-135-63-1291
All Season Guest House
Silverton Estates
Kulri, Mussoorie, U.P. 248 179
Phone:91-135-63-1672, 63-0694
E-Mail: winkie@vsni.com

There are two visitor rooms in the Quad (accessible only by stairs) available when not in use for school business.

Travel from Delhi to Dehra Dun is efficiently done by AC, chair-car train, called the Shatabdi, for Rs. 990 round trip ($24).

Taxis (Ambassadors which carry 3 passengers and luggage comfortably) can make the trip from the Delhi airport directly to Mussoorie for Rs. 1600 ($38).

Trips around Mussoorie (to Clouds End, Dhanoulti, Sisters Bazaar) can be easily (if breathtakingly!) made by taxi.
