Yogurt Whole Wheat Bread recipe

Ingredients: 1 lb 1.5 lb 2 lb
Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 80 F 2/3 cup 3/4 cup 1 cup
Water, 80 F 1/3 cup 1/2 cup 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tsp 1 TB 1 1/2 TB
Maple Syrup or Molasses 1 TB 1 1/2 TB 2 TB
 
Salt 1 tsp 1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour 5/6th cup 1 1/3 cup 1 1/2 cup
Bread Flour 1 1/3 cup 2 cups 2 1/2 cups
Wheat Germ 1 TB 1 1/2 TB 2 TB
Active Dry Yeast 1 1/2 tsp 2 tsp 2 1/4 tsp
Select Whole Wheat Cycle
 
Select Rapid Whole Wheat Cycle
Active Dry Yeast 2 3/4 tsp 1 TB
 

Notes:

     I use the cheaper dark molasses instead of the expensive maple syrup. Tastes good to me.
