Graduate Student in Mathematics, University of Virginia

Research Interests

My advisor is Thomas Mark.

Currently my mathematical interests lie in Monopole Floer Homology and its interactions with contact and symplectic geometry. I am also interested in Instanton Floer Homology and its interactions with Monopole Floer Homology.

In the fall of 2019 I will start a 3-year position as a Hill Assistant Professor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Paul Feehan will be my mentor.

Papers

Naturality of the Contact Invariant in Monopole Floer Homology under Strong Symplectic Cobordisms

Thesis document: Naturality of the Contact Invariant in Monopole Floer Homology under Strong Symplectic Cobordisms

It includes some tedious calculations that I omitted in my paper, in addition to more background information.
