Wildflowers
of Central Virginia


This page  contain pictures and photographs of various species of Native Plants in Virginia.  I  use the word "wildflower" loosely to include non-flowering plants, with attractive reproductive structures, like ferns, and fern allies.  Family and species information are listed below the photographs. I will be adding more in the future but until I do check out some nifty botanical drawings by Sharon Morris Kincheloe.
