This is the house we have under contract. It's on a dead end street, and just a block south of a private school with a great playground that the neighborhood kids can use. It's a total of 2750 sq.ft. It has a shed and a garage, at opposite corners at the back of the lot.

There's actually a window behind all those hanging pots and pans
(and the apple border at the top of the room must also be done away with immediately)

Living Room

Somehow I didn't take any digital pictures of the living room. I hope I took some on film. If so, I'll add them later. Sorry.

For the moment I repeat the picture from above.

The French door goes out to the side porch which is enclosed and has louvered glass windows.

The living room is quite large. It measures approx. 23 ft. in length.
