About

I am currently a third year doctoral student in the Social Psychology program at the University of Virginia, working primarily with Dr. Sophie Trawalter and Dr. Brian Nosek. My research focuses on prejudice and discrimination, and specifically, people's perceptions of prejudice and discrimination. My work aims to close this "perception gap" between minority and majority group members, which may in turn reduce intergroup tensions. Currently, my work is funded by a graduate research fellowship from the National Science Foundation.

Prior to UVA, I earned a B.A. in Psychology and English from Bucknell University, and spent 2 years at Princeton University as a lab manager for Dr. Stacey Sinclair.
