Joint Meeting of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists - Manaus, Brazil
From June 26 to July 6, I attended the largest gathering of herpetologists every year- held this year on the banks of the Rio Negro in Manaus, Brazil. I presented my thesis research from Davidson, "Seasonal Body Temperature Variation in the Painted Turtle, Chrysemys picta," attended talks, including the Powermill Turtle Symposium, and even found time for a few adventures:
