Library Support
The library's reference sources, accessible via VIRGO, include a number of useful databases. For journalism, see the Journal and Newspaper Articles Index, esp. under the searchable archives of The New York Times and The Washington Post. For criticism, see the Reference Sources databases including Arts & Humanities Citation Index, InfoTrac, JSTOR, LEXIS/NEXIS, the MLA Bibliography, Project MUSE, and the RLIM Music Literature Bibliography.
Another useful interface is via the Fine Arts library, which links to databases including the Art Index and the ARTbibliographies Modern 1974-2004.
