King William IV of Great Britain
William Henry was born 21 August 1765, and was created Duke of
Clarence and St. Andrews, and Earl of Ulster in 1789. He lived with
Mrs. Dorothy Jordan (c. 1760-1816) for several years, with whom he had
ten children who received the surname FitzClarence; and married
Princess Adelaide of Saxe-Meiningen (1792-1849) in 1818, with whom he had
two children, both of whom died in infancy. He ascended
the thrones of Great Britain, Ireland, and Hanover as King William IV on 26
June 1830, and was crowned on 8 September 1831. He died 20 June 1837.

- Elizabeth Georgina Adelaide (20 December 1820-4 March 1821)
