A number of different communities in Rakai have decided to take their development into their own hands simply by installing a number of small, inexpensive improvements into their homes. Such improvements can have a huge impact on the health and well-being of rural communities. We intend to encourage communities to adopt such measures through community meetings, drama shows promoting sound behaviors and household visits. Health Education
