After three hours of climbing (starting at 3:30 a.m. in a snow storm) we are finally very near the summit of Lenana! You can see the flag in the upper right!

As we left the summitt the clouds broke so we could see the Gorges Valley.
So amazing.
A high-altitude tarn or small mountain lake.
Flowers even manage to live at this altitude.
