The Finnish Reindeer Herder is also known as the Lapinporokoïra, the Lapponian Reindeer Herder, and the Lapland Reindeer Dog. The breed was reportedly developed through crossing the Finnish Lapphund with working Collies and German Shepherd Dogs.
