I wanted to post two links for books in the CE 231 course. Click here for our textbook, and click here for a Schaum’s outline with lots of solved problems and practice problems. Obviously it’s important to have access to the textbook, especially since all our homework problems will be from the book. The Schaum’s outline is certainly optional, although highly useful. As usual, these resources are only as valuable as you make them.

Also, you can download the current version of the syllabus here.

Finally, some of you may not be familiar with the lecture modules, so I posted one from last semester below. Note that you need to be a “premium subscriber” to see this content. This means you must have a user name and you must be logged in. The easiest thing to do is download the file and play it in iTunes. Or, you can subscribe to the feed through iTunes and it will be downloaded automatically.

If you download from here, it’s best to right click and “download the linked file” to your machine, then open it.
