Describe the interaction, comparing and contrasting with other types of complexes discussed in class. Limit your response to 150 words and write the word count at the end of your answer. Answer: 1jj4. You can read all about it here. There were many good answers to this question; all made use of the console commands to visualize the complex in different ways to distinguish different features of the macromolecules in different ways. Answers that were vague, made guesses about the structure without actually investigating it, or contained general information from the lecture not directly relevant to the complex did not score well.
