• dNTPs come in separate tubes from Perkin Elmer (Part # N808-0007) at a concentration of 10mM.
• We make a 2.5 mM (each) stock by mixing those four tubes in equal volumes.
• Combine 300 ul from each of the four tubes, vortex well.
• Dispense into 50ul aliquots, and store in the general reagent box in the fridge.

• After the Boric is finally dissoved, add the solution to an empty carboy and top it up to the 8 liter mark. Mix.
