This page is continually under construction, seeking to incorporate additional materials useful in the practice of law. Unlike the Academic Page directed to students, the features included here are designed as a service to members of the practicing bar, especially litigators. (But law students and the public are welcome, too!) In short, this page is a cyberspace version of Continuing Legal Education.
Features will be added periodically. Please come back to see what is .

"Advocacy Graphics" Exhibits.

"One picture is worth a thousand words" is a maxim that often holds true at trial. Graphs are a good way of summarizing complicated information, especially in jury trials. But you may be surprised at how deceptive they can be, even when they are absolutely accurate in the strictest technical sense. Try your hand at discovering the "trick" in some deceptive or deliberately manipulative trial exhibits.

Federal Court Opinions.

An increasing number of the federal circuits are now making opinions accessible via the internet. This button will direct you to a menu of "links" to those courts that are presently on-line.
