Cranberry Casserole 3 Cups of Red Apples--Chopped but unpeeled 2 1/2 Cups of Raw Cranberries 1 Cup of Sugar 1 Cup of Quick Oatmeal 3/4 Cup to 1 Cup of Chopped Nuts 1/2 Cup Flour 1/2 Light Brown Sugar 1 Stick of Margarine (melted) Heat of to 350 degrees. Combine chopped apples & cranberries. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix together sugar, oatmeal, nuts, flour & brown sugar. Pour over apples and cranberries. Bake 35 to 45 minutes
