Holiday Brunch Casserole 1 pkg Sausage (cooked, drained & crumbled) 4 Cups Cubed Day Old Bread 2 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 10 Eggs Slightly Beaten 4 Cups Milk 1 tsp Dry Mustard 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Onion Powder Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (Optional) 1/2 Cup Peeled, Chopped Tomatoes Place bread in a well-buttered 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheese. Combine next 6 ingredients over the top. Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake uncovered for about one hour. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly. Serves 6.
