I
was born in October 1999. A lot of people were waiting to welcome me into
this world: My Dad, of course, Meilama, Papa V, Aunt RaRa, Grammy Doris,
Papa Ronnie, Meima, Big Papa, Aunt Donna, Brian, Darleen, Michelle, Kelly,
and a host of other friends, . . . 
I
like helping everyone, whether it's in the the house helping Mommy vacuum,
do dishes, fold laundry, feed our pets, or helping
Daddy in the yard on the lawn mower.I like books, going for walks, pretending, marching in the band, playing Meima's piano, Papa V's banjo, singing, playing ball, talking on the phone, my riding toys, tractors and trucks, Bob the Builder, trains (especially Thomas the Engine Train), Lincoln Logs, Legos, clay, drawing on my easel with chalk and markers, playing on Meilama's computer, taking pictures with my camera, playing with my other friends, giving hugs and kisses to everyone including the cats, driving the tractor and playing with all the wonderful farm animals at Grammy Doris' and Papa Ronnie's. I can even use a" Hoola-Hoop"! I've been told that I'm a sweet, loving, creative, intelligent, child who likes to make others happy. I know how to say a lot of words, phrases, rhymes, sounds, my prayers, sing "Happy Birthday", and blow out the candles on the cake, sing "Itsy-Bitsy Spider" (even to the cracks in floor tiles in Meilma's kitchen), "I'm a Little Tea Pot", Barney songs, "Here's the Church", Christmas songs, "Do the Hookie Pookie and Turn Yourself Around", and I even make up my own songs, like the "Big Truck" song. I know my ABC's, colors, forwards, backwards, sideways, how to make animal sounds . . . my favorite is an elephant and then I pretend to eat peanuts. I can identify objects, tell you how many there are of each, and name all the parts of my body. I know the difference between on/off, dark/light, front/back. I can count to 12, and if someone says "one" I can say "two", and so on. I can recite a lot of rhymes all by myself, and if someone says part of a rhyme I can easily finish. I say a lot of phrases, and just to mention just a few are: "I love you", "good boy", "good job", "on your mark get set go", "touch down", "give me five", "ah, nice", "how sweet", "cut light on", "whoops a daisy", "see ya tomorrow", "don't worry 'bout it", "toot-toot all aboard"and "moon back"! I am a very resourceful lad, and I know how to get my point across. I make sounds when I am unable to say the exact words. I know how to brush my teeth, gargle, and spit in the sink. I have fun using my Aunt RaRa's lotions, hair moose, and chapstick. I know a lot of other things grown-ups don't realize I know. They have to watch me every minute . . . I keep them very busy.
