I am not quite sure what the subject of this site is. What I am sure of, however, is that it will be some sort of mind-dump, in the same sense your body finds it necessary to remove poisons from your body after a few too many bottom-shelf mojitos during a “survivor hour” at your local watering hole...and we all know there is more than one way to skin that cat.

As it turns out, as a grad student at the University of Virginia I was “entitled to” a new laptop. I say “entitled to” only because it seems to be a joke that I’m getting paid to get an education. It seems to me to be a little bit backwards but hey; I’ve always had a knack for falsely claiming entitlement. Anyways, a useful web developing software was included with the new powerpoint-display-machine I picked up at the bookstore, hence my journey down this rabbit hole.
